Job summary

We Think App is seeking an OKR Specialist to lead the global OKR Center of Excellence. You will drive adoption of OKRs by developing training content, maintaining the SharePoint hub, and guiding leaders in crafting effective OKRs.

You will monitor progress and report findings to the COO and C-Staff. The role requires 5+ years in business with deep OKR knowledge and strong change-management capabilities, plus experience coordinating across departments and with vendors.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of general business experience.
• Deep knowledge of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Formal training in Change management.
• Experience researching software tools and automation.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and organized work style.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and management across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a change management plan for OKR adoption.
• Partner with Learning & Development to create training content for all employees.
• Serve as main contact for OKR Center of Excellence support requests.
• Manage OKR software: requirements, vendor, implementation, and training.
• Establish communication cadence and monitor adoption across the company.
• Provide regular reports and dashboards to senior leadership with insights.
