CAE is seeking an Analyst, Global Strategy to support strategic planning, OKRs, and key initiatives across divisions. You will partner with the CSO and other leaders to analyze market trends, synthesize insights, and present results to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to work with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to explain complex frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead CAE's strategic planning process including market and competitive research.
• Collaborate with cross-company partners to align strategic plans and OKRs.
• Create and present strategic materials to executives and the Board of Directors.
