Job summary

Veho in New York seeks a Leader for Business Operations to serve as the internal execution engine. You will own the OKR and planning cadence end-to-end, ensure leaders are aligned on short-, mid-, and long-term priorities, and keep the operating rhythm reliable and scalable.

You will stand up tiger teams, diagnose root causes from first principles, and drive durable fixes with speed, earning trust without authority as you grow the function.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of total experience with a strong foundation in management consulting and a meaningful chapter in Strategy & Operations or BizOps at a high-growth company.
• Proven track record of driving concrete operational outcomes, not just analysis or recommendations.
• Hands-on experience owning a planning or OKR process, or a clear analog.
• Fluency using AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and execution.
• Experience at a company with physical or logistical operations (logistics, supply chain, marketplaces, on-demand) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end OKR and planning process, drafting, leadership alignment, quarterly tracking, and linking team goals to company priorities.
• Run the planning cadence across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons; define inputs/outputs and keep processes on track.
• Build operating infrastructure with templates, trackers, and dashboards to repeat planning rhythms without heroics.
• Produce pre-reads and decision-forcing content to help senior leaders move quickly with clear owners and next steps.
• Serve as a trusted partner to leadership by turning ambiguous priorities into actionable plans and turning messy data into insights.
