Job summary

Target seeks a Principal Product Manager to own product strategy and influence enterprise outcomes. You will lead roadmap development, set OKRs, and coordinate with business and technology partners to ensure value delivery. The candidate should have deep experience with customer data platforms and agile product teams, capable of driving product outcomes in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 4-12 months degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of product management with deep knowledge of customer data and CDP platforms.
• Experience with CRM, digital marketing, loyalty, personalization, or ad-tech/mar-tech.
• Strong communication to persuade peers and stakeholders; agile environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a comprehensive product strategy and OKRs.
• Prioritize the product backlog and roadmap across topics and design challenges.
• Own scope decisions and key outcomes, with product KPIs and P&L impact.
