Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience handling ocean export shipments.
• Experience in freight forwarding industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of CargoWise (C1) preferred.
• Ability to think proactively and resolve issues diplomatically.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate documentation for ocean export activities.
• Coordinate cargo pickups and monitor status.
• Communicate with authorities, customers and suppliers to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Maintain customer files and support invoicing and payments.
