Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an AMER West Regional Occupancy Planning Manager to partner with client leaders and deliver strategic space planning across the West region. This role blends hands-on execution with coaching to develop a high-performing team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Architecture/Interior Design and 8–10 years in occupancy planning, with experience in flex/hybrid Work models. It is a hybrid U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 8–10 years of occupancy planning, space management, and strategic planning experience.
• Experience with flex office, hybrid work models, design guidelines, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to client leadership and drive real estate strategy.
• Lead programming sessions to translate vision into space plans.
• Develop strategic plans, business cases, and executive presentations.
• Oversee occupancy tracking, utilization monitoring, and budget approvals.
• Lead and mentor the occupancy planning team and foster continuous improvement.
