Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an operational leader to partner with engineering, finance, and accounting to transform the global order-to-cash function. This role shapes the multi-year O2C roadmap, designs front-to-back processes, and builds automation to scale transactions, billing, and revenue recognition.

You will lead cross-functional programs across Revenue Accounting, GTM, Legal, Tax, and Engineering, establish metrics, and drive compliant, auditable systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading operational transformations within Revenue Operations, Billing Operations, or other finance operational teams at high-growth SaaS/tech companies.
• Expert in process design, cross-functional project management, and scaling systems with AI-driven automation.
• PMI/Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or similar certification.
• Expert understanding of quote-to-cash processes for SaaS, covering subscription and consumption-based models across B2B products.
• Experience with contracting systems, billing platforms, and ERP systems (Salesforce, Stripe, NetSuite, Oracle, Workday Financials, Zuora).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Shape the global O2C roadmap, spanning order management, provisioning, billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition.
• Assess current state end-to-end, identify constraints on scale, and sequence a prioritized program with milestones.
• Build operating metrics and reporting for leadership: cycle times, errors, touchless transactions, revenue leakage, cost to serve.
• Advise on commercial and pricing workflows; translate business needs into billable, auditable outcomes.
• Design scalable, controlled processes from ground up with structured design and continuous improvement.
• Standardize O2C processes globally across regions and models.
• Establish operating rhythms, escalation paths, and service levels for quote-to-cash.
• Build infrastructure to absorb growth without headcount increases.
• Build compliance monitoring, including SOX controls, that scale with volume.
