JDE is seeking a Global Accounts Receivable Process Lead to own and drive the AR and O2C agenda across markets. You will lead standardization, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to design sustainable enhancements.

You will manage transformation projects, monitor performance, and act as a trusted advisor on AR/O2C processes, promoting operational excellence and customer-centric improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end AR/O2C and credit management in global/SSC/GBS environments.
• Track record of leading process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong governance and standardization capabilities across regions and functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
