Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 6+ years in finance transformations, O2C, or process improvement.
• Strong O2C knowledge including billing, AR, collections, and cash applications.
• Familiarity with O2C tech solutions like HighRadius, BlackLine, Esker, Sidetrade, Versapay, YayPay.

Responsibilities

• Lead Order to Cash transformation and automation projects with day-to-day management and governance.
• Direct delivery teams, manage priorities, ensure high-quality deliverables, drive client outcomes.
• Mentor and guide consultants across US and India; support career development.
• Translate business needs into actionable project plans and process improvements.
• Support executive communications with status updates and dashboards.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from discovery to value realization.
