Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking an experienced Manager to lead Order to Cash transformation within our Finance Transformation and Automation practice in Boston. You will drive process optimization, technology-enabled change, and value realization for clients, managing delivery across global teams.

You will mentor delivery staff, communicate with executives, and contribute to sales pursuits while expanding our O2C expertise and service offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years in finance, accounting, Order to Cash, or finance transformation.
• Strong Order to Cash knowledge across billing, AR, collections, cash application, etc.
• Experience with O2C tech solutions like HighRadius, BlackLine AR, Esker, Sidetrade, Versapay, YayPay.

Responsibilities

• Lead Order to Cash transformation and automation projects from discovery to value realization.
• Manage delivery teams, scope, budgets, risks, and executive reporting.
• Mentor consultants and guide delivery in US and India.
• Support sales cycles with discovery, proposals, and client demos.
• Collaborate with partners and senior leaders to grow pipeline.
