Job summary

ABB E-mobility seeks an experienced leader to head the North America Order-to-Cash Customer Support regional team. You will own the O2C operating model, drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Logistics, Finance and IT, and deliver measurable improvements in service and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Order-to-Cash, Customer Support or related operations in a complex org.
• Proven people leadership, including building talent and succession plans.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end O2C processes and interfaces with Sales, Logistics, Finance and IT.
• Experience with ERP/CRM platforms and system integrations.
• Ability to own operational performance and resolve escalations in fast-moving env.
• Track record in process improvement, transformation, or operating model development.
• Experience establishing KPIs, governance routines, and value realization mechanisms.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication across geographies.
• Analytical, data-driven, and capable of root-cause analysis with digital tooling.
• Curiosity and practical understanding of digitalization, AI-enabled solutions for O2C.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global O2C Lead to define regional transformation and operating model improvements.
• Lead root-cause analysis of recurring issues and implement structural improvements.
• Drive standardization, productivity, and scalable digital workflows across O2C.
• Champion automation and analytics across regional O2C operations.
• Own regional O2C Customer Support operating model and day-to-day execution.
• Provide end-to-end leadership of the customer order journey and delivery coordination.
• Act as regional escalation point for critical issues with timely resolution.
• Establish regional performance management with KPIs and governance routines.
• Ensure adherence to global O2C processes and regional requirements.
• Serve as strategic interface among O2C, Sales, Logistics, Finance, IT, and Ops.
• Sponsor adoption of new processes and tools; drive change management and capability building.
• Represent the Region in global O2C initiatives and governance forums.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Develop organizational capability through coaching, knowledge sharing, and succession planning.
