Anthropic is seeking an experienced operational leader to transform its global order-to-cash (O2C) function across enterprise contracts, consumption-based models, and cloud marketplaces. Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience leading operational transformations within Revenue Operations, Billing Operations, or other finance operational teams at high-growth SaaS/technology companies.
• Expert understanding of process design, cross-functional project management, and scaling systems — including using AI to drive automation, reporting, and compliance.
• Project management certification (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
• Expert understanding of quote-to-cash processes for SaaS, covering both subscription and consumption-based business models across B2B products.
• Extensive experience with contracting systems, billing platforms, and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Stripe, NetSuite, Oracle, Workday Financials, Zuora).
• A proven track record leading large-scale strategic and automation initiatives end-to-end, from business case through implementation and adoption.
• Experience building and developing operations teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global order-to-cash transformation roadmap across order management, provisioning, billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition.
• Assess current end-to-end state, identify scale constraints, and sequence prioritized programs with milestones and owners.
• Develop operating metrics and leadership-ready reporting: cycle times, errors, touchless transactions, revenue leakage, cost to serve.
• Partner with Finance, GTM, Legal, Tax, and Engineering to ensure scalable and auditable processes.
