Job summary

Amprius Technologies is seeking a Manager of Order-to-Cash to oversee daily billing, collections, and cash application in a fast-growing environment. The role ensures accurate revenue reporting, strong controls, and efficient processes through cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in O2C or related accounting, solid GAAP knowledge, and experience with NetSuite or similar ERP. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and a path for leadership in finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
• 5+ years in order-to-cash, accounts receivable, billing or collections.
• Solid US GAAP knowledge, including ASC 606 basics.
• Experience using NetSuite (preferred) or other ERP; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating cadence: daily billing runs, weekly collections reviews, month-end close, and cash application clearing.
• Manage invoicing end-to-end, including PO matching, tax, AP portal submissions, and consolidated invoicing.
• Direct collections activity and ownership of high-value or sensitive accounts.
• Oversee cash application.
• Own KPIs such as DSO, aging, past due %, and billing accuracy.
• Build cross-training coverage to avoid single points of failure.
• Document and maintain O2C procedures and desk instructions; keep current with systems changes.
• Identify automation opportunities and act as lead on system enhancements/testing.
• Execute and evidence SOX/internal controls over revenue cycle.
• Support AR portion of month-end close; respond to audits.
• Maintain internal controls and GAAP compliance.
