Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking an experienced Account Manager Order to Cash (O2C) to join our finance team. You will manage the end-to-end O2C process, including order entry, invoicing, cash application, collections, and customer dispute resolution across 100+ site locations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in O2C or AR, strong ERP skills (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and Salesforce familiarity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in an Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, or related finance role.
Familiarity with Salesforce, AR automation tools, or billing platforms (preferred).

Responsibilities

Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Generate and issue customer invoices in accordance with contractual terms.
Monitor billing discrepancies and resolve issues cross-functionally.
Support cash application to apply payments to customer accounts and reconcile cash receipts.
Follow up with customers on overdue accounts and maintain regular collections.
Oversee service lines for Top revenue customers and 100+ site locations; respond to inquiries.
Assist monthly close activities and generate O2C reports and dashboards.
