Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a strategic Manager, Order-to-Cash (O2C) to lead and scale the global O2C function from Verona, WI.

You will shape revenue cycle strategy, governance, and end-to-end processes to support a first commercial product launch and future growth. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in O2C or revenue operations within regulated life sciences, with ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365), SOX controls, and a proven ability to partner with Commercial, Supply Chain,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Five years of progressive experience in O2C, Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, or Shared Services.
Experience scaling O2C in biotech/pharma or regulated industries; ERP experience preferred with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

Develop global O2C strategy, operating model, and roadmap to support product distribution.
Build scalable O2C processes, controls, and performance metrics for growth.
Lead SOX-compliant controls and cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Supply Chain, Market Access, and Finance.
