Job summary

Univar Solutions is seeking a Global Nutra Director to build and scale a science-led Nutraceuticals platform. You will report to the SVP, Health & Nutrition, shaping global strategy and driving investment decisions across the Americas, EMEA, and LATAM.

The role carries global P&L responsibility, leading a centralized US-based Global Core and partnering with regional commercial teams to create a stand-alone Nutra business with ambitious revenue targets and disciplined investment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years across sales, marketing, product management, or business development with P&L ownership.
• Direct nutraceuticals/dietary supplements or pharmaceutical ingredients experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with global perspective.

Responsibilities

• Own global Nutra P&L and investment roadmap with 5-year plan and ROIC focus.
• Set and execute global Nutra platform strategy and regulatory pathways.
• Build a scalable global operating model across Americas, EMEA, LATAM.
• Lead supplier and portfolio development, pricing, and go/no-go decisions.
• Drive growth and M&A activity in North America under $75M revenue.
