Job summary

Univar Solutions USA Inc is seeking an Account Manager to grow Nutra business across the Western United States, solving customer problems and driving trials to revenue.

You will collaborate with Global Nutra Core, manage pipelines, and expand SKUs while protecting margin. Remote work with up to 75% travel; relocation to Western US preferred.

This role requires 5+ years B2B nutraceutical sales, a degree, and strong negotiation and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, nutrition, chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years B2B sales experience in nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, or related distribution.
• Ability to sell technical, solution-led value, not just price.
• Strong CRM hygiene with forecast accuracy.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Western United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver territory DGP and margin targets; grow Nutra book through new customers and expansion in existing accounts.
• Qualify Nutra opportunities against platform strategy and prioritize high-value use cases.
• Lead customer trials with technical support and drive trial-to-commercialization conversion.
• Close and expand wins by adding SKUs and transforming single-product relationships into multi-product partnerships.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.
