Univar Solutions is seeking a Product Marketing Manager (Supplier Relationship Manager) to drive growth of the Nutraceutical portfolio. You will work with suppliers and cross-functional teams to turn ingredients and market opportunities into compelling solutions that help customers win.

The role blends product management, supplier management, marketing and commercial strategy; you will shape portfolio strategy, support pricing, and equip the sales organization with insights and tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management or marketing in nutraceuticals or dietary supplements.
• Strong knowledge of nutraceutical/dietary supplement industry and customer needs.
• Proven ability to develop and execute commercial growth strategies and translate opportunities into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the Nutraceutical product portfolio across key ingredients and categories.
• Develop and execute product and supplier growth strategies by application and use case.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships with joint business plans, forecasting, pricing, and growth initiatives.
• Own pricing strategy and monitor profitability and pricing performance.
• Partner with Marketing and Technical Marketing to develop market positioning and launches.
• Provide the Field Sales organization with market intelligence and supplier training.
• Lead new product and supplier launches with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze market, customer, supplier, product, and financial data to identify opportunities.
• Evaluate new products with suppliers for go-to-market considerations.
• Support portfolio optimization and private-label opportunities.
