Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division seeks a Program Manager II to lead cross-functional teams on globally integrated new product development programs. Hybrid role based at Moon Township, PA with relocation assistance for qualified US candidates.

The role focuses on managing scope, schedule, cost, and quality within phase-gate frameworks and driving continuous improvement across MCCB, ACB, MV, and M&R product lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product development, manufacturing, or engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in project management with direct responsibility for schedule, communication, risk management, financials, cross-functional leadership and product quality.
• PMP Certification that is completed or to be completed within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs end-to-end, developing and executing comprehensive program management plans that include scope, budget, schedule, resources, risk management, communications, and business case alignment.
• Establish program baselines and effectively manage scope, timelines, and deliverables while navigating complex business requirements and changing priorities.
• Monitor program performance against objectives, communicating progress, identifying gaps, and driving corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to established phase-gate methodologies (e.g., PROLaunch or equivalent) and maintain accountability for program execution throughout the lifecycle.
