Responsibilities

• Lead complex, global NPI and industrialization projects to meet cost/benefit goals.
• Coach cross-functional teams on NPI processes (ProLauch, ProPM).
• Develop comprehensive PM plans and manage scope, schedule, and finances.
• Engage stakeholders to align business case assumptions, risks, and milestones.
• Mentor junior PMs and interns as applicable.
