Job summary

Eaton's IS VEH EMB division is seeking a Program Manager II, PM within 50 miles of Southfield, MI, Marshall, MI or Galesburg, MI. The role focuses on complex global New Product Introduction (NPI) and industrialization projects to meet business case goals.

You will coach cross-functional teams, manage lifecycle from development to launch, and guide governance with key stakeholders. This role requires strong PM skills and leadership in a manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 6+ years of Program Management or related experience (Operations, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing/SCM, or Product Development).
• 2+ years of experience leading projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project lifecycle from development through launch, delivering on financial commitments for NPIs and STP/VAVE projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve readiness levels at start of production.
• Develop and execute comprehensive PM plans to meet scope, schedule and cost.
• Influence stakeholders on business case assumptions, risks, and milestones.
• Establish resource plans and engage core team members and governance bodies.
• Provide mentoring to junior PMs and interns as applicable.
