Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in product development or engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management; responsible for schedule, budgets, product quality and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Actively manages programs from beginning to end. Develops program management plans to meet objectives and commitments.
• Works with team members and resource managers to ensure allocations meet program needs and gaps are mitigated.
• Clearly defines scope of work and builds plans to achieve; manages scope challenges and stakeholders.
• Regularly monitors program performance against plan, makes adjustments, and drives actions to address gaps.
• Establishes and maintains effective relationships with decision-makers and communicates impact of decisions.
