Job summary

Eaton’s ARS division seeks a Program Manager – New Product Introduction (NPI) to lead delivery of strategic product initiatives. This hybrid role is based in Fayetteville, NC, with regular onsite presence and relocation assistance available.

You will manage NPI for Low Voltage MCC and Power Factor Correction Assemblies, overseeing scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality through a phase-gate process and FMEA-based planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of experience leading or supporting NPI programs using stage-gate processes.
• 3+ years of experience in PMO, Engineering, Manufacturing, OPEX/CI, Supply Chain, or Quality.
• PMP certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire).
• Eaton will not sponsor visas or provide CPT/OPT for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional IPTs to deliver NPI programs from concept through launch.
• Own program execution across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
• Drive alignment to VOC and manage scope changes and tradeoffs.
• Hold RAA for program delivery, including P&L ownership.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams for launch readiness.
• Apply PROLaunch / phase-gate methodology across the product development lifecycle.
• Develop and manage program schedules to support on-time delivery.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies; lead mitigation strategies.
• Use tools like FMEA, DFSS, Design for Manufacturing, and industrialization planning.
• Ensure adherence to standard PM processes and performance tracking.
• Deliver clear Program Status Reports and track key metrics.
