Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in product development or engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management; responsible for schedule, budgets, product quality and risk management.
• Willingness to relocate to Moon Township, PA; relocation assistance offered.

Responsibilities

• Actively manages programs from beginning to end and develops PM plans.
• Defines scope, plans, budgets, schedules and risk mitigation.
• Monitors program performance and communicates status to stakeholders.
• Ensures adherence to phase-gate methodology and project tools.
• Facilitates clear communications with internal and external stakeholders.
