Job summary

Eaton's IS VEH EMB division is seeking a Program Manager II, PM within 50 miles of Southfield, MI, Marshall, MI or Galesburg, MI. The role targets complex NPI/industrialization projects with global scope and competitive cost/benefit outcomes.

The position requires leadership of cross-functional teams, rigorous program management, and alignment with Eaton processes. Salary range is provided; relocation and visa sponsorship are not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 6 years of Program Management or related experience.
• No immigration sponsorship or relocation offered; within 50-mile radius of Southfield, MI.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project lifecycle from development through launch while achieving business case financials of the NPI/ STP programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive accountability and performance across commercial, technical and manufacturing readiness.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project management plans guiding initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
• Communicate with stakeholders to align scope, benefits, costs, risks and milestones; tailor reviews for leadership.
• Coach junior PMs and interns; apply Eaton NPI processes and tools across projects.
