Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s ES AMER PCS division in Moon Township, PA, is seeking a Program Manager I for a hybrid role near Pittsburgh. The role drives end-to-end program management, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder coordination across teams.

The position offers relocation assistance within the United States. A bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in product development/engineering plus 2+ years PM experience are required; PMP and travel up to 10% are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in product development or engineering.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management, including schedule, budgets, product quality and risk management.
Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

Actively manages programs from beginning to end with comprehensive PM plans (Scope, Budget, Schedule, Resources, Risk).
Coordinate with team members and resource managers to meet program needs and mitigate gaps.
Define scope of work and build plans to achieve objectives; manage scope challenges and stakeholders.
Monitor, communicate, and control program performance against plan; drive actions to address gaps.
Ensure PM team executes the program plan in adherence with phase gate methodology and tools.
Identify and mitigate risks; develop contingency plans and exploit opportunities.
Maintain clear communications with internal and external stakeholders; adapt messaging to audience.
Foster relationships with decision-makers and escalate issues when needed.
Highlight financial impacts of decisions and ensure commitments to business and financial objectives.
