Job summary

Planes Moving & Storage is seeking an experienced International Moving Crew Lead to oversee residential and corporate international relocations. You will direct moving crews, ensure world-class customer service, and maintain compliance with international shipping standards from origin to destination.

The role requires crew leadership experience, a strong customer focus, and the ability to lift 100+ pounds while performing essential packing, loading, and transit tasks all over the world.

Qualifications

• Experience in international moving is required.
• At least 2 years in a crew lead or moving supervisor role.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Professional appearance and demeanor are expected.
• Ability to lift 100+ pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to perform physical labor including climbing, kneeling, and bending.
• Clean driving record is required.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise moving crews on international assignments.
• Conduct pre-move walkthroughs with customers and address questions.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the move.
• Ensure proper packing, crating, loading, and securing of goods.
• Maintain accuracy of inventories and shipping documents.
• Train crew members on safety and best practices.
• Assist with truck inspections and equipment accountability.
• Communicate professionally with customers and operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards and safety procedures.
• Safely lift, transport, and unpack household goods.
