Planes Moving & Storage, Inc. is seeking an experienced Household Relocation Team Crew Lead to oversee international relocations and coordinate crews. You will direct moving teams, ensure compliance with international shipping standards, and safeguard customers’ household goods from pickup to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead packing, loading, transportation, delivery, and unpacking operations for international household goods shipments.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact, ensuring moves are completed safely, efficiently, and according to international moving standards and customer expectations.
• Lead and supervise moving crew members on international moving assignments.
• Conduct pre-move walkthroughs with customers and address questions or concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the moving process and ensure proper packing, crating, inventorying, loading, and securing household goods for international transport.
• Maintain accuracy of inventories, shipping documents, and related paperwork.
• Train and mentor crew members on best practices and safety procedures; assist with truck inspections and equipment accountability.
• Communicate professionally with customers, operations personnel, and management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Safely lift, carry, and move furniture, cartons, and household goods.
