Qualifications

• Previous International Moving experience.
• 2+ years of Crew Lead or Moving Supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise moving crews on international assignments.
• Conduct pre-move walk-throughs with customers and address questions.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the moving process.
• Ensure proper packing, crating, inventorying, loading, and securing of goods.
• Maintain accuracy of inventories, shipping documents, and related paperwork.
• Train and mentor crew members on safety and best practices.
• Assist with truck inspections and equipment accountability.

Position Summary The International Moving Crew Lead is responsible for leading packing, loading, transportation, delivery, and unpacking operations for international household goods shipments. This role serves as the primary point of contact on‑site, ensuring moves are completed safely, efficiently, and according to international moving standards and customer expectations.

Planes specializes in international household relocations, commercial moving, installation services, warehousing, and workplace solutions. Our team takes pride in delivering a seamless moving experience from origin to destination anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise moving crew members on international moving assignments
