Job summary

Corporate Relocation International LLC is seeking Move Managers (MM) to coordinate client moves from start to finish, working closely with clients and the management team to ensure a seamless, stress-free relocation experience.

Applicants should demonstrate compassion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to perform light packing and on-site coordination across multiple teams. Part-time hours and valid driver’s license are required, with travel to client locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of all aspects of the client’s move.
• Timely response to client's initial request.
• Travel to and from clients’ residences and all subsequent appointments related to the client's move.
• Measure, assess and layout floorplans for the new living environment.
• Willing to pack & unpack clients’ possessions safely & efficiently.
• Direct/assist loading, unloading & disposal of materials.
• Lead, supervise and guide team members throughout the move.
• Clear and concise communication with the client, family, community, team members, vendors, and other involved parties.
