Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Leadership experience commensurate with scope of position.
• Experience developing market strategies and translating insights into growth opportunities.
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

• Develop and lead the segment marketing strategy for the global Motion Control business.
• Build market intelligence capabilities including sizing, segmentation, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
• Lead market and growth inputs into SBU strategic planning, informing priorities and investments.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and growth programs.
• Guide positioning, messaging, and pricing to differentiate the portfolio.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to translate market needs into opportunities.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing Communications on customer engagement and demand generation.
• Identify whitespace, adjacent markets, and potential partnerships to support long-term growth.
• Establish KPIs and operating rhythms to measure program effectiveness and adjust actions.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Motion Control Segment Marketing team.
