Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Experience in factory automation, motion control, or related industrial tech markets.
Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead the segment marketing strategy for global Motion Control.
Build market intelligence: sizing, segmentation, insights, competitive analysis.
Inform SBU planning with market and growth inputs; allocate resources.
Lead go‑to‑market for launches and growth programs; drive revenue growth.
Set positioning, messaging and pricing to differentiate our portfolio.
Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on market opportunities.
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Communications on engagement and demand.
Identify whitespace, partnerships, and adjacent market opportunities.
Establish KPIs and rhythm to measure growth program effectiveness.
Lead and develop the Motion Control Segment Marketing team.
