Job summary

Pursuit seeks an International Programs & Internal Mobility Manager to lead employer-sponsored visa programs and cross-border mobility for Team Members across Pursuit’s geographies. You will manage relationships with immigration counsel, sponsors, agencies, and other partners, ensuring compliance and efficient processing.

You will build processes for internal mobility, enabling transfers, relocations, and assignments while coordinating with Operations, Talent Acquisition, and People teams.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in immigration, international workforce programs, or mobility.
• Experience with J-1, H-2B, IMP, TFWP, and LMIAs.
• Strong document management and deadline- tracking abilities.
• Ability to communicate across cultures, functions, and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employer-sponsored visa and work authorization programs from initiation through departure.
• Maintain program calendars, deadlines, and milestones; provide status updates.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and colleagues to clarify eligibility and timelines.
• Monitor changes to immigration programs and assess impact with legal counsel.
• Develop and scale internal mobility processes across current and future geographies.
