Job summary

Pursuit Collection is seeking an International Programs & Internal Mobility Manager to lead visa program administration and cross-border mobility across our growing footprint. You will partner with immigration counsel, sponsors, and external partners to ensure accurate, timely work authorization for team members.

You’ll develop scalable mobility frameworks, coordinate relocations, transfers, and align with talent planning, payroll, and benefits. Travel ~10–20% is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in employment-based immigration or global mobility.
• Experience with J-1, H-2B, IMP, TFWP, and LMIAs.
• Strong program administration with attention to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employer-sponsored visa and work authorization programs end-to-end.
• Manage relationships with counsel, sponsors, agencies, and partners.
• Maintain calendars: deadlines, visas, expirations, renewals.
• Provide clear instructions and deadlines to candidates and Team Members.
• Collaborate with TA, Ops, and Legal on eligibility, capacity, and costs.
• Monitor changes to programs and assess impact with legal counsel.
