The role collaborates with HR, Security, Travel, and customers to ensure readiness, compliant documentation, and smooth deployments. A strong candidate will organize schedules, track readiness, and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5 years of global mobility or related administrative experience.
• Experience with immigration, visas, travel coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to obtain a secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee mobilization, deployment, immigration, visa, travel, and assignment readiness for domestic and international assignments.
• Develop and maintain deployment schedules and workforce readiness tracking.
• Coordinate and validate assignment documentation, including passports, visas, work permits, residency permits, LOAs, CACs, medical requirements, country clearances, and customer needs.
• Monitor readiness and identify missing documentation, expiring credentials, compliance concerns, or deployment obstacles.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and related logistics for deployments and business travel.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees needing mobility support and related requirements.
