Job summary

Aero is seeking a Global Mobility Specialist to oversee, develop, communicate, implement, and maintain all HR aspects of international assignments and payroll. You will coordinate relocation, immigration, taxes, and ongoing support, partnering with immigration vendors and our relocation vendor to ensure smooth service delivery.

You will also support our Aeronautics business segment's travel requirements, guide GM stakeholders on policy and packages, initiate expatriate assignments, and liaise

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with third-party service providers (international, immigration, tax, or relocation).
• Experience in Aerospace/Defense HR, finance, or accounting is preferred.
• HR-focused role; this is not a recruiter position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, develop, communicate, implement, and maintain HR aspects of international assignments, policies, payroll, and relocation.
• Coordinate with relocation and immigration vendors and tax/finance teams to support expatriate assignments.
• Guide GM stakeholders on policy, framework, and expatriate packages; track expat employees by country.
