Job summary

Invesco is seeking a Global Mobility Specialist to support relocation, immigration, and mobility programs. You will manage cases, provide guidance to employees and stakeholders, and collaborate with vendors to ensure timely progression.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of Global Mobility experience, strong administrative skills, and familiarity with ServiceNow and Workday. This role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and cross-functional teamwork within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting Global Mobility, Immigration, Relocation, or related field.
• Experience managing employee inquiries with excellent customer-focused support.
• Strong administrative and detail-oriented organizational skills.
• Experience with confidential employee information and maintaining strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Supports high-volume relocation and immigration cases from initiation to completion.
• Provides timely guidance to employees on mobility policies, processes, timelines, and actions.
• Builds relationships with relocation and immigration vendors to support case progression.
• Monitors Global Mobility ServiceNow cases and shared mailbox inquiries.
• Maintains accurate case documentation and elevates complex matters as needed.
