Job summary

Invesco Ltd. in Houston, TX is looking for a Global Mobility Specialist to manage relocation, immigration, and mobility programs.

You will support a positive employee experience by providing timely guidance, accurate case documentation, and compliance-focused administration in collaboration with HR partners, vendors, and external counsel. The role covers high-volume relocation and immigration case management, data maintenance in ServiceNow and Workday, and monthly reporting to HR and Finance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience supporting Global Mobility, Immigration, Relocation, or a related field.
• Experience managing employee inquiries and providing excellent customer-focused support.
• Strong administrative and detail-oriented organizational skills.
• Experience working with confidential employee information and maintaining strict confidence.

Responsibilities

• Supports high-volume relocation and immigration cases from initiation through completion.
• Provides timely guidance to employees and stakeholders on mobility policies, processes, timelines, and required actions.
• Maintains accurate case documentation and escalates complex or compliance-sensitive matters.
• Maintains donor reporting and data accuracy across ServiceNow and Workday; supports audits and compliance.
