Invesco is seeking a Global Mobility Specialist in Houston to manage relocation and immigration cases end-to-end. You will collaborate with HR partners, employees, vendors, and external counsel to ensure smooth case progression and compliance.

The role emphasizes high-volume case handling, policy guidance, and accurate documentation while maintaining confidentiality and delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years of experience supporting Global Mobility, Immigration, Relocation, or a related field.
• Experience managing employee inquiries and providing excellent customer-focused support.
• Strong administrative and detail-oriented organizational skills.
• Experience working with confidential employee information and maintaining strict confidence.

Responsibilities

• Supports high-volume relocation and immigration cases from initiation through completion.
• Provides guidance to employees and stakeholders on mobility policies, processes, timelines, and required actions.
• Coordinates relocation vendors to support timely case progression and issue resolution.
• Maintains accurate case documentation, monitors follow-ups, and escalates complex or compliance-sensitive matters as needed.
• Tracks and reports relocation and immigration expenses to HR and Finance partners.
