Job summary

Plante Moran is seeking a Global Mobility Senior Specialist to own and oversee immigration, international travel, cross-border work, and global mobility programs. You will partner with counsel, manage case coordination, and drive compliant processes across departments.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in global mobility, strong project management skills, and proficiency with Workday and SharePoint. Exempt position with potential beyond 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3-5 years of global mobility, immigration, or HR compliance experience.
• Experience with employment-based immigration and collaboration with counsel.
• Experience with international assignments and cross-border programs.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proven project leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employment-based immigration programs and work authorizations with counsel.
• Coordinate case management, deadlines, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead global mobility initiatives from intake to completion.
• Ensure I-9 compliance, audits, and documentation management.
• Coordinate international travel, visas, and cross-border work.
• Develop and maintain mobility policies, dashboards, and reporting.
• Advise staff and leaders on global mobility matters and regulatory changes.
