Job summary

RemotePass is hiring a Senior Global Mobility Specialist to own our most complex immigration cases end to end, across 150+ countries, in a fully remote, high-growth environment. You will manage work permits, visas, extensions, and status changes, while mentoring junior specialists and coordinating with Legal, HR, Payroll, and external counsel.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years managing complex, cross-border immigration cases.
• Experience coordinating with external immigration counsel and government agencies.
• Fluent in English.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, fully remote, high-growth environment.
• Practical understanding of data privacy in employee immigration records.

Responsibilities

• Manage work permits, visas, extensions, renewals, status changes, and immigration assessments end to end.
• Escalation point for employees, managers, and external providers; advise on eligibility and documentation.
• Lead compliance and risk management across global, regional, and local rules.
• Own the immigration knowledge base; validate country requirements with external counsel and government agencies.
• Mentor and build relationships with Junior Global Mobility Specialists and external counsel.
• Improve processes by tracking processing times, approval rates, and bottlenecks across regions.
