Renaissance in the United States is seeking a Manager, Global Mobility & People Relations to lead expatriate and immigration programs, coordinate with external vendors, and guide HR partners across the organization. This hands-on role combines policy oversight with People Relations to support leaders and employees on mobility and related HR matters.

Qualifications

• Experience with global mobility, immigration, or relocation programs.
• Ability to manage external vendors to service levels and budget.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a COE or HR generalist role.
• Working knowledge of employment law and employee relations practice.
• Credibility with senior stakeholders and the ability to coach, challenge, and influence managers.
• Strong project and program management skills.
• Comfort with HR and project software (e.g., UKG).

Responsabilités

• Own expatriate and immigration programs at the policy level, ensuring a consistent, compliant experience.
• Manage relocation, immigration, and tax vendors against service levels, timelines, and budget.
• Serve as escalation point for mobility and immigration matters across vendor, employees, managers, and HR.
• Track cases, visa and filing deadlines, and program costs so that nothing time-sensitive is missed.
• Provide regular reporting on program status, cost, and risk to HR leadership.
• Partner with HRBPs and COEs to deliver HR projects, including year-end, talent review, and strategic initiatives.
• Plan and deliver projects from scoping through execution and post-launch review.
