Job summary

The role focuses on strategy and governance of expatriate and immigration programs, aligning with Legal and finance on budgets and compliance, while guiding HR policy implementation.

The position collaborates with HRBPs and COEs on key projects, delivering programs from scoping through post-launch, and maintaining SOPs to enable effective change management

Qualifications

• Expatriate and immigration program experience preferred.
• HR policy guidance experience good to have.
