Job summary

Sabre seeks a Senior Global Mobility Specialist to join our People Operations team in Texas. You will manage end-to-end relocation, U.S. immigration, and international assignments, turning complex regulations into clear actions. You’ll partner with Legal, Payroll, and vendors to ensure compliant, cost-efficient mobility.

You’ll lead policy development, data analysis, and systemic improvements, while guiding employees with expert advisory support in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in global mobility or related people operations.
• Strong knowledge of US immigration regulations and labor processes.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end relocation and visa/work permit processes across the org.
• Partner with immigration counsel and HR to ensure compliance and strategy.
• Advise on international and US immigration, tax, and labor laws.
• Collaborate with People Partners, Legal, Payroll, and vendors to resolve mobility issues.
• Serve as employee advisor and escalation point for mobility queries.
• Drive system enhancements and automation of global mobility processes.
• Develop and refine mobility/immigration policies aligned with goals.
• Analyze mobility metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage relationships with relocation providers, attorneys, and tax advisors.
