Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Global Mobility & Relocation Specialist to own the end-to-end relocation program for a global workforce. You will partner with HR, Legal, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and external vendors to deliver seamless, compliant mobility experiences.

You will establish policies, manage budgets, benchmark against industry best practices, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with immigration, tax, and local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end international relocation programs and vendors.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience working across multiple countries and cultures with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end relocation process for employees globally from offer to post-arrival.
• Serve as primary point of contact for relocating employees and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate relocation logistics with external providers (accommodation, shipments, travel).
• Own and improve Nebius's global mobility program and policies.
• Monitor KPIs, budget, and service quality; drive continuous improvement.
• Establish SLAs and conduct regular business reviews with vendors.
