Job summary

Ramp needs a highly organized operator to make immigration and mobility work feel clear, responsive, and scalable. This role focuses on coordinating active cases, collaborating with external counsel, and building workflows to reduce manual work.

The Associate will maintain case trackers, communicate status updates in plain language, and elevate non-standard issues promptly to counsel while supporting scalable operations across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating immigration/work authorization cases.
• Ability to maintain trackers and deadlines.
• Ability to provide clear, plain-language updates to employees.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate active immigration, work-authorization, relocation, and business-travel cases with employees, external counsel, vendors, and internal partners.
• Maintain accurate case trackers, deadlines, required documents, status updates, and handoffs from intake through completion.
• Surface cases at risk early and escalate complex issues to counsel or the Lead.
