Job summary

Ramp needs a highly organized operator to streamline immigration and mobility workflows. The Associate will coordinate active cases, manage communications with employees and external counsel, and build scalable processes that reduce manual work.

You'll own centralized trackers and dashboards, create self-serve content, and implement AI-enabled tools while following policy guidelines. This role combines program management with hands-on operational development to scale Ramp's mobility operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in People Operations, immigration operations, or global mobility.
• Strong process-management skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Hands-on experience improving workflows with AI, automation, spreadsheets, dashboards, or ticketing.
• Clear, empathetic written communication with sensitive information.
• Comfort working within defined policies and escalating risks promptly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate immigration, work-authorization, relocation, and travel cases with employees and external counsel.
• Maintain case trackers, deadlines, documents, status updates, and handoffs.
• Provide timely updates and route questions to counsel or Lead.
• Build centralized workflows, templates, and AI-enabled tools.
• Own the case tracker dashboard and reporting, including metrics and risk visibility.
• Prepare trends and SLA performance for vendor meetings and reviews.
