Job summary

You will partner with immigration vendors and internal teams to ensure compliant processing, accurate case files, and timely updates to employees and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in immigration support or global mobility.
• Demonstrated experience preparing and coordinating visa petition documentation.
• Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills; ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US immigration case processing, including preparation, tracking, and coordination with immigration vendors and legal partners.
• Prepare and organize documentation packages for visa petitions and employment-based immigration matters.
• Coordinate wet signature collection from employees, managers, and authorized company signers for immigration forms and petitions.
• Maintain accurate case files and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met and compliance requirements are satisfied.
• Track petition status with vendors and government agencies; provide timely updates to employees and hiring managers.
• Support US work authorization verification and I-9 compliance processes.
