Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Global Mobility Manager to manage day-to-day US immigration petitions and relocation support. You will coordinate with immigration vendors, internal teams, and employees to ensure compliant processing and timely hiring timelines.

Qualifications

  • Understanding US immigration compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end US immigration case processing, including preparation and coordination with vendors and legal partners.
  • Prepare and organize documentation for visa petitions and employment-based immigration.
  • Coordinate wet signature collection from employees and signers for forms and petitions.
  • Maintain accurate case files and timelines, meeting deadlines and compliance requirements.
  • Track petition status with vendors and government agencies; provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Support US work authorization verification and I-9 compliance processes.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for employees navigating immigration and relocation matters.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition on immigration-related logistics.
  • Manage relocation logistics, including vendor coordination and policy compliance.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements; stay current on immigration law changes.

The Global MobilityManageris the operational backbone of ServiceNow's US immigration and global mobility programs. In this role, you'll manage the day-to-day execution of immigration petitions, handle wet signature coordination for visa applications, and support the strategic initiatives of our Global Mobility team.

You'll partner with our immigration vendors, internal teams (GlobalPeople, Finance, Legal), and employees to ensure smooth, compliant processing of global mobility matters. This is a high-visibility, detail-oriented role where accuracy, compliance, and employee experience directly impact hiring timelines and business growth.

Keyresponsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end US immigration case processing, including preparation, tracking, and coordination with immigration vendors and legal partners.

  • Prepare and organize documentation packages for visa petitions and employment-based immigration matters.

  • Coordinate wet signature collection from employees, managers, and authorized company signers for immigration forms and petitions.

  • Maintain accurate case files and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met and compliance requirements are satisfied.

  • Track petition status with vendors and government agencies; provide timely updates to employees and hiring managers.

  • Support US work authorization verification and I-9 compliance processes.

Programoperationsandemployeesupport
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees navigating immigration and relocation matters; respond to inquiries with accuracy and empathy.

  • Coordinate withHR BusinessPartners, Finance, and Talent Acquisition on immigration-related logistics and timelines.

  • Manage relocation logistics for employees, including vendor coordination, expense tracking, and policy compliance.

  • Maintain organized records and documentation; ensure data accuracy in immigration and mobility systems.

  • Assist with visa sponsorship onboarding and communication to new international hires.

Processimprovementandcompliance
  • Identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies; elevate recommendations to theSeniorManagerof Global Mobility and Immigrationfor continuous improvement.

  • Stay current on US immigration law changes, policy updates, and compliance requirements that impact ServiceNow's programs.

  • Prepare reports and dashboards on case status, timelines, and program metrics to support decision-making.

  • Support audit requests and compliance verification from legal, tax, or regulatory partners.

  • Document processes and create workflows to support team consistency and knowledge sharing.

Technologyandtools
  • Become proficient in immigration case management systems, ServiceNow platforms, and other tools used for program execution.

  • Explore automationand AI-toolopportunities to streamline repetitive tasks and improve accuracy.

  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and ensure data is easily accessible to the team.

To be successful in this role you have:
  • 3-5years of experience in immigration supportorglobal mobility.

  • Demonstrated experience preparing and coordinating visa petition documentation.

  • Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills; ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex immigration matters clearly to non-specialists.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new software tools.

  • Understanding of US immigration compliance requirements.

  • Proactive problem-solver who identifies issues early and escalates appropriately.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to supporting employees with empathy and professionalism.

  • Preferredqualifications

  • Direct experience with wet signature collection and petition preparation for US employment-based visas.

  • Familiarity with immigration case management platforms or HR information systems.

  • Experience supporting M&A, office relocations, or other high-volume mobility events.

  • Experience with relocation management systems or vendor coordination.

  • Knowledge of US immigration law, USCIS processes,andUS work authorization requirements.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology or SaaS environment.

JV19

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $102,300 - $179,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
