Job summary

Anthropic invites applications for a role in the Endpoint team (Client Platform Engineering) to design and deploy a corporate-issued mobile device program. You will own the platform decisions, including global device standards, procurement, and policy lifecycle, ensuring secure, scalable fleets across regions.

You will build zero-touch enrollment, manage BYOD boundaries, and integrate fleet telemetry into policy and deployment workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent as required for the role.
• Experience with global or multi-region mobile device programs is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of iOS/macOS device management and Android management.
• Hands-on experience with modern MDM/UEM platforms and configuration-as-code workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design the corporate-issued mobile device program: standards, scope, and rollout strategy across regions.
• Own global hardware logistics: procurement partners, regional coverage, spares, refresh cycles.
• Integrate mobile policy/configuration into CI/CD and config-as-code pipelines for progressive rollout.
• Build zero-touch enrollment using Apple Business Manager and ADE; enable first-time device setup without hands-on steps.
• Own device lifecycle, policy, and security posture for corporate fleet; manage BYOD boundaries.
• Develop telemetry to monitor fleet state and device health; track OS/patch levels and drift.
• Oversee managed app distribution from approval to update rollout.
• Collaborate with Corporate Security on device posture and travel devices for international trips.
